Currently, I support 30 countries with recruitment strategy and the Netherlands in employer branding at a global leader in horticulture industry.

About myself
Over the past 20 years, I’ve built my expertise in diverse countries, including the former CIS countries and Europe. I’ve worked in both corporate roles and as an entrepreneur. I now lead recruitment and employer branding at a global vegetable breeding company, based in the company's headquarters in the Netherlands, helping to shape and grow diverse, talented teams.
Previously, I was a managing partner at ACCESS Executive Search, where I provided customized recruitment and coaching services. Alongside my professional experience, I’m certified in coaching and always eager to help others find their path and reach their full potential!
I specialize in offering personalized mentorship and coaching services. My Master's in Linguistics and Cross-cultural Communication gives me a broad understanding of peoples' culture. My second higher education in Coaching (Saint-Petersburg Institut of Coaching) taught me a motivational approach to discover people's potential.
My international experience, combined with a deep understanding of the career landscape, allows me to provide valuable insights and strategies tailored to each individual.
My entrepreneurial experience as well as experience of a corporate employee, helps me to understand people’s unique challenges and aspirations.
